The ‘O’ Word.  It’s over.  The worst of the downtown is over.  From here on, most trendlines will turn up.  ‘O’ stands for ‘optimism’. 

These are encouraging words reported by Matt Walsh after speaking with longtime Florda economist Hank Fishkind. Fishkind has been tracking Florida's economy longer than any other economist - since he joined the University of Florida in 1975, when he set up the Bureau of Economic and Business Research's state economic and poplulation forecasting models.
