Tania is one of our top Buying Specialists working almost exclusively with buyers. She has a thorough understanding in Candy Swick & Company inventory, has demonstrated her ability to excel, is proactive with database searches (for matching buyers and sellers), cross marketing, contract negotiations, property showings, open houses, and Realtor Tours.
Emily came to Florida in 1997 seeking new oppurtunities. Bound and determined to succeed she began working and attending school full time. She obtained an Associate of Arts Degree in Paralegal Studies and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management (both cum laude). She began working for a local bank, where she began to grow both personally and professionally.
Emily's background has brought considerable knowledge, not only in the Real Estate Market, but also in mortgage lending and the legal profession.
Kristina relocated to Sarasota in 1984, and went on to graduate from Stetson University with a BBA in Business Economics. For over a decade, she has been helping Buyers achieve their real estate dreams in Florida.

Cathy takes over once the contract is finalized. She's a licensed paralegal and Realtor, managing all of the details, including negotiations of repair requests & verifies that repairs have been made accordingly prior to closing. She thoroughly evaluates contracts and loan status checks, as well as arranges closing activities and establishes closing dates and times.
Lisa's expertise lies in concept design and coordination of all marketing materials. She continuously reviews and analyzes market activity in order to implement and maintain Internet marketing strategies and direct mail programs. She is an asset to our listing process. She is also heavily involved with CSC statistical tracking & input for internal record keeping.
Barry works closely with our Marketing Director to accentuate a home's most flattering features. His responsibilities include the intial on-site listing set up as well as the photgraphy used in all of the corresponding advertisements.
Peggy is our office point person, she is a key player who organizes and manages delegation of all interoffice tasks. She also assists the Paralegal with arranging all closing activities, orders inspections, tracks deadlines, and manages escrow accounts. With a focus on realtor-client relations, Peggy is continually prospecting for buyers and agents, as well as referrals.
Melissa is our team's first line. As the Listing Coordinator she answers the phone, prepares and verifies research, and makes certain that documents are properly tracked and managed, while providing overall support to our other team members.
Ray provides our technical support, as well as maintenance and implementation of all our systems. He is key for proactive execution of virus protection, network solutions, systems security, and privacy.
